安氏Ⅲ类错是一种发育性畸形,受环境和遗传因素的影响,临床检查呈现不同程度的错表现,其治疗和预后随着骨性畸形的严重程度而变化。明确诊断、合理评估错的严重程度是治疗成功的基本前提。同时选择合适的治疗时机,恰当的拔牙以及个体化矫治力系的设计是治疗取得成功的关键。本文旨在探讨安氏Ⅲ类错的分类诊断、治疗时间及方法选择。

Clinical study of treatment for class Ⅲ malocclusion

Class Ⅲ malocclusion is a developmental anomaly affected by both genetical and environmental factors. An accurate diagnosis of this malocclusion and a precise assessment of its severity are fundamental pathway leading to a successful treatment. It is also critical to choose the optimal timing of the treatment if orthopedic approach is adopted and the sites of extraction if reduction of arch length becomes necessary. A custom designing of the orthodontic/orthopedic force loading according to the malocclusion nature （dental， functional， skeletal）， the patient's age （pre-adolescent， adolescent， adulthood） and the treatment modality （orthodontic， orthopedic， orthognathic） plays a pivotal role in achieving an efficient completion of a class Ⅲ case. This paper aims to elaborate on the differential diagnosis of class Ⅲ sub-types， the optional modalities of corrective approaches.
