| 摘 要： | 目的：研究“主客交”理论指导下透邪通络法抗肝纤维化的机制及效果。方法：选用SD雄性大鼠，40％CC4。腹腔注射造模，正常组和模型组予生理盐水灌胃，对照组予秋水仙碱灌胃，透邪通络组予加减三甲散灌胃，8周后处死大鼠，显微镜下观察肝组织形态，免疫组化法检测MMP-1、TIMP-1的表达，用图像分析软件和统计软件处理结果。结果：与模型组相比，透邪通络组升高MMP-1表达与降低TIMP-1表达均有显著差异（P〈0．01），对照组升高MMP-1表达有差异（P〈0．05）、降低TIMP—1表达有显著差异（P〈0．01）；与对照组比较，透邪通络组提高MMP-1表达、降低TIMP-1表达均有差异（P〈0．05）。结论：透邪通络法能明显改善HF大鼠的病理，具有显著的抗肝纤维化，其机制可能与提高MMP-1表达、降低TIMP-1表达而调控ECM的代谢有关。
