中线恶性网状细胞增多症的放射治疗

本文报道自1979年3月～1984年3月,我院收治9例全部经病理证实中线恶性网织细胞增多症的放射治疗效果。放疗后鼻腔内肉芽组织全部消散,随访结果是:4例生存5年以上,2例生存4年以上,1例生存3年以上,1例生存2年以上,1例生存1年后死于复发。放疗设野以面前野为主,颞侧野为辅。在4～5周内给予肿瘤量4000～5000拉德,局部肿物基本控制。

RADIOTHERAPY OF MIDLINE MALIGNANT RETICULOSIS

A series of 9 cases of Pathologically Proved midline malignant reticulosis treated in our 'hospital by 'radiotherapy during March , 1979 through March, 1984 inclusive is reported.A complete remission regression of granulation tissue of the nasal cavity occurred after treatment. Follow-up results were: 4 survived over 5 years, 2 over 4 years, 1 over 3 years, 1 survived over 2 years, and 1 died of recurrence a year after radiotherapy.The treatment Consisted mainly of the anterior facial field, acompanied with bilateral field. It :is shown a given tumor dose of 4000 to 5000 rads in 4-5 weeks is enough to affect a local control for 'mast cases.
