摘    要:目的:对右手拇指固有动脉超声检查,明确该动脉并推测与其同类的肢体末梢小动脉在生理状态下的血流动力学特点,发现影响其变化的因素和方式,为该类动脉的末梢微循环参数测量提供参考。方法:对该动脉行二维、横切、纵切成像,彩色多普勒、血管造影成像,流速测量。观察不同的呼吸状态以及压力、温度对血流参数的影响。结果:三种不同呼吸状态拇指动脉血流频谱波峰间距时间分别为11.81±1.95s,12.04±1.89s,11.78±2.10s。结论:拇指固有动脉的最高、最低血流速度自身有缓慢高低起伏变化的特点,这种变化非呼吸运动所引起,但变化的程度受呼吸运动的影响。

Abstract:Objective :Using the ultrasonic diagnosis machine to detect and ob-serve the thumb proper artery' s ( TPA)hemodynamic of right hand . De-fine and confirmit’s influence facts and resume other so kind of artery’shemodynamic feature in normal condition ,so that refer conference to themeasurement of so kind of artery .Method :Usingtwo-di mension and col-or-doppler and pulsed-doppler mode i mage and measure the thumb’sproper artery .In three different kind of breathing conditions and skinningpressure at the same ti me noting the skin’s temperature .Results :Thepeak hemodynamic velocity cycle ti me of three different breathing condi-tions are 11 .81±1 .9 s ,12 .04±1 .89 s and 11 .78±2 .10 s .Conclusion:The proper artery’s blood velocity has the feature of cycle-varying fromhigh to lowitselfly , This variation is not caused but could be influencedby breathing-movement .
