| 摘 要： | 目的探讨粘贴法处理静脉曲张点式剥脱切口的治疗效果。方法前瞻性研究100例单侧单纯性大隐静脉曲张点式剥脱术病例，随机分为两组（各50例），分别以3M静脉输液固定护贴Ⅱ型粘贴法和普通丝线缝合法处理点式剥脱切口。结果粘贴法处理点式剥脱切口与普通丝线缝合法比较，切口愈合率无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；术后疤痕程度、患者满意度等均优于后者（P〈0．05）；单个切口处理时间明显缩短（P〈0．01）。结论粘贴法处理点式剥脱切口疗效可靠，应用简便，值得推广。
