| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性冠脉综合征临床诊治特点。方法选择我院确诊为急性冠脉综合征患者42例，分析其临床特点和临床治疗效果，同时观察治疗前和治疗后血液流变学指标。结果本组42例患者，2个疗程结束后，其中显效27例，有效12例，无效2例，恶化1例，总有效率为92．8％；治疗后的血液流变学指标明显优于与治疗前（P〈0．05）。结论掌握急性冠脉综合征的临床特点并给予最佳的治疗方案是有效治疗急性冠脉综合征的关键所在。
