摘    要:目的 研究脂肪乳剂在治疗慢重肝炎对肝功能和疾病预后的影响。方法 同期收治的44例慢性重症肝炎患者随机分成两组,在均实行综合治疗的基础上,其中一组(治疗组)使用20%脂肪乳剂,对照组则不使用之。观察治疗前后其血清甘油三脂(TG)、胆红素(SB)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、凝血酶原活动度(PTA)和治疗后病死率,两组进行比较。结果 治疗前两组间TG、SB、ALT及PTA均无明显差异(P〉0.05)。治疗结

Abstract:Objectives To investigate the effects of fat emulsion on the liver functions and the prognois of chronic fulminant hepatitis. Methods: 44 cases of chronic fulminant hepatitis were divided into 2 groups,and one group were treated with fat emulsion, while another group without it. TG,SB,ALT and PTA of the two groups were investigated before and after the therapy of fat emulsion. Results: Before the therapy of fat emulsion,the mean values of TG,SB, Al.T and PTA between the two groups were similar. After the therapy of fat emulsion,TG of the treated group and the control group incrased by 1. 10mmol/L and 0. 44mmol/ L,respectively,SB of the two groups decreased by 126 umol/L- and 66umol/L AL decreased by 549u/L and 498u/L,PTA decreased by 25 % and 23 %,respectively;and the mortalities of the two groups were 52. 27% and 54. 18 a,repctively. By,TG. SB. ALT changes were significantly different and PTA changes and the mortalities were not significantly different befween two groups. Conclusi:ons Although fat emulsion might not improve PTA and the mortalities of the patients Wits chronic fulminant hepatits,it can increases TG,decreases SB and ALT,that is,fat emulsion is benificial for the chronic fulminant hepatits.
