Abstract:[Objective] To investigate the special difference of myelin basic protein in the hen spinal cord tissue after organophosphorus ester-induced delayed neuropathy.[Methods] Forty-eight Roman hens were randomly divided into three groups: treated-group(1000 mg/kg tri-ortho-cresyl phosphate,TOCP);intervented-group(40 mg/kg phenylmethanesulfonyl fluoride(PMSF) before treated-group;control group(tap water),every group have 16 hens.Eight hens in every groups were sacrificed on the d5、d20 separately,which separate spinal cord tissue at low temperatures and extract total protein.With solid phase PH gradient SDS-PAGE two-dimensional electrophoresis and mass spectrometry,we screen differently expressed proteins related to demyelination.[Results] Comparing with control group,the difference of myelin basic protein(MBP) has no significance on the d5,while on the d20,the expression rates treated-group、intervented-group were 0.3667 and 0.7601 receptively(ratio have no significace beween 0.5 and 2).[Conclusion] The expression of MBP is downregulated in the hen spinal cord tissue after organophosphorus ester-induced delay neuropathy,which may relate to demyelination of OPIDN model.
