| 摘 要： | 心肌桥是一种先天性冠状动脉解剖异常.当心肌收缩时壁冠状动脉受到压迫,且受压持续至舒张期.壁冠状动脉近端容易发生动脉粥样硬化,壁冠状动脉存在内皮功能紊乱.心肌桥可引起心肌梗死、心绞痛、心律失常、左心室功能减低和猝死等不良心血管事件.药物治疗包括β受体阻滞剂和钙拮抗剂.冠状动脉内支架和外科手术治疗可用于选择性的病例.本文对... |

| Abstract: | Myocardial bridge is a congenital coronary artery anatomic anomalies.Coronary artery is pressed from systolic to diastolic periods.Atherosclerosis occurs in mural coronary artery proximal prone.Endothelial dysfunction exists in mural coronary artery.Myocardial bridge may lead to such complication as myocardial infarction,angina,arrhythmia,left ventricular dysfunction and sudden cardiac death.Treatment includes β-blockers and calcium channel blockers.Coronary artery stent and surgical treatment can be used for selective cases.In this article,the characteristics of myocardial bridge anatomy,physiological changes,clinical manifestations and treatment methods are reviewed. |
