| 摘 要： | 目的对CT诊断卵巢癌肝周转移的表现及准确性进行研究。方法以45例手术治疗的卵巢癌患者为研究对象,分析所有患者的CT结果,记录是否存在肝周转移,并分析转移特点。以最后病理检验结果作为最终判断标准。结果 45例卵巢癌患者,有18例、25处肝周转移,其中2处肝实质被侵蚀。肝周转移灶CT检查结果与手术和病理结果相比差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论螺旋CT能够准确的判定卵巢癌远处转移情况,为临床医生制定合理的临床治疗方案提供依据,尤其是对于卵巢癌肝周转移的患者。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the performance and accuracy of CT diagnosis of peripheral hepatic metastasis of ovarian cancer. Methods Analyse the CT findings of 45 ovarian cancer patients which were confirmed by surgery, and record the existence of peripheral hepatic metastasis and analyze the transfer characteristics. Results There were 18 patients and 25 lesions of peripheral hepatic metastases, which two of the lesions involvement of the liver. There were no difference significance （P 〈0.05） between the CT findings and surgical and pathological findings. Conclusion Spiral CT can accurately determine distant metastasis of ovarian cancer to develop clinical protocols to provide a reasonable basis, especially for the peripheral hepatic metastasis of ovarian cancer. |
