摘 要: | 目的采用多层螺旋CT研究肺静脉与左心房连接方式的解剖变异,指导临床射频消融术的进行。方法收集我院2011年1月至2012年8月心内科拟行房颤射频消融的患者120例,以横断面CT图像为基础,采用MPR、CPR和VR及仿真内窥镜等重建方式,对肺静脉解剖变异进行观察,并对房颤组及正常组肺静脉变异发生的性别及左右侧分布进行统计学分析。结果肺静脉可分为5种类型,标准型最常见,占房颤组的62.5%(75/120);左肺静脉共干是房颤组最常见的变异类型,占18.3%(22/120);房颤患者肺静脉变异在左右侧及性别无统计学差异。结论多层螺旋CT可准确显示肺静脉的解剖变异,对临床手术及房颤射频消融治疗有重要指导价值。

The Evaluation of the Pulmonary Vein in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation before Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation by Multislice CT |

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the anatomical variations of the way which pulmonary veins connect to the left atrium before the radiofrequency ablation of the atrial fibrillation by using multi-slice CT, and provide the evidence for the radiofrequency ablation. Methods We evaluated 120 subjects who suffered atrial fibrillation and planed to receive radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation in our hospital from January 2011 to August 2012. The MPR, CPR and VR and virtual endoscopy were post-processed and the pulmonary vein anatomic variations were observed. The gender and location of the pulmonary vein anatomic variations were recorded and the difference were analyzed by statistical method. Results Pulmonary vein can be divided into five types, the standard type is the most common, accounting for 62.5% of the atrial fibrillation group (75/120);Common trunk of left pulmonary veins is the most common variation of the atrial fibrillation group, accounting for 18.3% (22/120). The occurrence of pulmonary vein variation in gender and left/right side has no statistical significance. Conclusion Multislice CT can accurately demonstrated the anatomical variations of the pulmonary veins and left atrium. It contribute to the smooth progress of atrial fibrillation radio frequency ablation. |
