| 摘 要： | 目的探讨前列腺波谱感兴区的准确选择对前列腺癌诊断中的影响。方法回顾性分析经病理确诊的30例前列腺癌患者的MRI及多体素点分辨MR波谱图像,与病理结果作对照,分析感兴趣区的选择对波谱结果的影响。结果 30例患者中22例全部感兴趣区(Cho+Cre)/Cit平均值最小为0.448,最大为1.733,平均为0.872,MRS诊断结果与病理不符。8例部分感兴趣区(Cho+Cre)/Cit平均值最小为0.753,最大为2.547,平均为1.211,诊断结果与病理一致。结论前列腺波谱感兴区的准确选择是准确诊断前列腺癌的关键。

The Importance of Accurate Interesting Region Selection of Prostate Magnetic Resonance Spectrum for Prostate Cancer Diagnosis |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of the choosen of interesting region （ROI） selection of prostate magnetic resonance spectrum（MRS） for prostate cancer diagnosis. Methods Retrospectively analyzed MRI and MRS 30 cases of prostate cancer patients confirmed by pathology, images of MR anf MRS were compared with pathological results to analysis the importance of ROI selection. Results The minimum value of （Cho ＋ Cre）/Cit in 22 cases is 0.448, maximum is 1.733, average is 0.872. MRS results were disagreed to pathology. The minimunl value of （Cho ＋ Cre）/Cit in 8 cases is 0.753, maximum is 2.547, average is 1.211. MRS results were agreed to pathological results. Conclusion Accurate interesting region selection of Prostate Magnetic Resonance Spectrum is the key to the accurate diagnosis of prostate cancer. Comprehensive analysis abnomaal signal onT2WI fat supress and T2WI sequence images of prostate and （Cho ＋ Cre）/Cit of MRS is needed. |
