摘 要: | 目的探索半月板退变和损伤与半月板滋养血管MRI信号的表现特征及鉴别依据,以提高对半月板病变的MRI诊断认识。方法随机抽取100例有膝部明确急性或慢性损伤史且伴有相应症状的患者和100例无膝部明确急性或慢性损伤史且无相应症状的志愿者,进行左膝或右膝半月板的MRI检查,按临床表现分为有症状组200个半月板及无症状组200个半月板两组,研究其MRI影像表现尤其是滋养血管的分布特征。结果滋养血管会参与部分半月板II级、甚至Ⅲ信号的构成。两组间半月板信号分布有统计学差异(P0.05),有症状组Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级信号所占比例明显高于无症状组,而0级信号所占比例显著低于无症状组,I级信号比例两组相近。两组间半月板滋养血管参与Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级信号的构成情况无统计学差异(P均0.05)。结论 MRI对半月板信号改变敏感,能清晰显示半月板退变和损伤的程度、范围和类型,同时可较好显示半月板滋养血管。MRI能够准确鉴别半月板病变和滋养血管,对于提高半月板病变的诊断正确率具有重要意义。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate Meniscus and Meniscus degeneration and nourish the blood vessels Magnetic degeneration imaging(MRI) signal characteristics and identification based on performance in order to improve the diagnosis of Meniscus lesions in MRI awareness.Methods Random sample of 100 cases of patients with history of acute or chronic knee injury clear and accompanied by the appropriate patients and 100 patients without symptomatic knee clear history of acute or chronic injury and no corresponding symptoms volunteers, conducted the left or right knee meniscus MRI inspection, according to the clinical manifestations are divided into groups 200 symptomatic and asymptomatic group Meniscus Meniscus 200 groups, MRI to study the distribution of performance especially nourishing blood vessels.Results Nourishing vessels will participate in part Meniscus II level, or even constitute Ⅲ signal. Meniscus signal distribution between the two groups were significantly different (P〈0.05), symptomatic group Ⅱ grade, Ⅲ level signal was significantly higher than the proportion of asymptomatic group, and 0 signal is significantly lower than the proportion of asymptomatic group, class I signal similar proportion of both groups. Nourishing blood vessels between the two groups involved in Meniscus Ⅱ, Ⅲ grade composition signals no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion MRI signal changes on Meniscus sensitive, can clearly show Meniscus degeneration and the extent, scope and type of injury, while better display Meniscus nourish blood vessels. Magnetic Resonance can accurately identify Meniscus lesions and nourish the vessels, to improve the diagnostic accuracy of Meniscus lesions is important. |
