摘 要: | 目的探讨峡部裂性和退变性腰椎滑脱的MRI鉴别诊断价值。资料与方法对77例腰椎滑脱(峡部裂性滑脱31例、退变性滑脱46例)患者的MRI资料进行分析、对比和总结。结果 46例退变性滑脱MRI于正中矢状面观,均见滑脱椎棘突前端与上位脊椎棘突前端呈生理弧线连续,称之"上弧线征"。31例峡部裂性滑脱MRI于正中矢状面观,均见滑脱椎棘突前端与下位腰椎棘突前端及骨性骶管后缘呈生理弧线连续,称之"下弧线征";31例同时均见滑脱椎骨性椎管前后径目测即可判断明显大于上位脊椎骨性椎管前后径,称之"椎管增宽征"。结论 "上弧线征"、"下弧线征"和"椎管增宽征"是MRI鉴别峡部裂性与退变性腰椎滑脱的可靠间接征像。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of the differential diagnosis between lumbar spine spondylolysis and degenerative lumbar spine spondylolisthesis.Methods To analyse and summarize the MRI data of the 77cases with lumbar spine spondylolithesis, spondylolysis 31 cases and degeneration 46 cases.Results the ahead of spinous processes of the degeneration 46 cases all were continuous with its superior neighbouring spinous processes in the physiologic curve line by the median sagittal plane, we call it superior line sign. And the ahead of spinous processes of the spondylolysis 31 cases all were continuous with its inferior neighbouring spinous processes in the physiologic curve line by the median sagittal plane, we call it inferior line sign. The anteriorposterior diameter of the spondylolysis veterbral canal was larger than of the neibouring superior by visual observation, so widenning veterbral canal sign was named.Conclusion It's the reliable and the indirect sings that superior line sign, inferior line sign and widenning veterbral canal sign for differentiating lumbar spine spondylolysis and degenerative lumbar spine spondylolisthesis. |
