PBL教学法在影像诊断学见习课教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨"以问题为基础"(problem based leaning,PBL)教学法在影像诊断学见习课教学中的应用价值。方法选择医学影像学系2010级、2011级临床专科学生为研究对象,以年级为单位分别进行影像诊断学见习课传统教学法和PBL教学法教学。教学内容均选择影像诊断学呼吸系统相关章节。以随堂小测验成绩和问卷调查结果作为评价指标。结果PBL教学法的教学效果明显优于传统教学法。结论在影像诊断学见习课教学中,PBL教学法有助于教学质量的提高。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value for problem based leaning (PBL) teaching in the professional practice teaching of image diagnostics. Methods The students of grades 2010 and 2011 from Department of Medical Imaging were selected as the study objects. And the classes were designed as research unit, which were randomly divided into PBL teaching group and Traditional Teaching Learning group. The results of exana and questionnaire between two groups were contrastly anatysized, Results PBL teaching method is superior to traditional teaching method. Conclusion In the professional practice teaching of image diagnostics, the PBL teaching method is helpful to improve the quality of teaching.
