摘    要:目的探讨64排螺旋CT在烟雾病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析44例雾病病例的临床及影像资料。患者均行颅脑CT平扫和64排CTA检查。在vitrea64工作站上作容积再现(VR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、曲面重建(CPR)、和多平面重建(MPR)。结幂多层螺旋CT头血管造影均清晰显示发生狭窄、闭塞的颈内动脉、Wills环血管近侧端以及明显增多、迂曲、扩张的脑底部侧支血管网。结论综合运用多种重建技术,多层螺旋CT血管造影不仅可以清晰显示狭窄血管,还可以评价狭窄远端血管和侧支血管等情况。直观显示病变周围空间结构关系,从而为治疗提供重要的参考依据。

The Value of The Performance of 64-Slicespiral CT Angiography in Diagnosing Moyamoya Disease

Abstract:Objectify To investigate the value of 64 slice spiral CT on the diagnosis of moyamoya disease. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical and imaging data of 44 cases with the Moyamoya disease. The patients underwent brain CT scan and 64-slice CTA examination, volume rendering (VR), maximm intensity projection (MIP), curved planar reconstruction (CPR), and multi-planar reconstruction (MPR) were performed in vitrea64 workstation. Results Angiography, multislice CT head clearly show the occurrence of stenosis, occlusion of the internal carotid artery, Wills ring vascular proximal end and the increased significantly, tortuous, expansion of brain collateral vascular network. Conclusion The integrated use of a variety of reconstruction techniques, multislice CT angiography can not only clearly show stenosis and also can evaluate the narrow distal vessels and collateral vessels. Display the relationship of the space structure around lesions, and provide important reference for the treatment.
