CT诊断术前结肠癌以及术后结肠癌复发的临床价值

目的研究CT术前诊断结肠癌以及术后结肠癌复发的临床价值。方法选择2010年5月至2012年5月在经病理切片的确诊为结肠癌的患者120例为研究对象,分别采用CT诊断和病理切片两种方法对结肠癌进行确证,比较两种手段的相关性。并且对术后复发的患者同样进行这两种方法的对比。结果 CT诊断术前结肠癌的准确度为85.3%,相关系数为0.856,与病理切片相关性高(P0.05)。术后复发的患者为45例,发生率为37.5%。CT诊断复发结肠癌的准确度为93.3%,与病理切片组相关性高(P0.05)。而且CT对结肠癌的各种分期与病理切片的结果相关性高(P0.05)。结论 CT诊断术前结肠癌以及术后结肠癌复发的准确度高,与病理切片结果相关性高,临床应用价值高。

Clinical Value of CT Diagnosis on Preoperative Colon Cancer and Postoperative Recurrence of Colon Cancer

Objective To study the clinical value of the preoperative CT diagnosis and the postoperative recurrence of colon cancer. Methods 120 cases of colon cancer patients who were diagnosed through pathological biopsy in May 2010 to May 2012 were selected as the research object,which were given CT diagnosis and pathologic biopsy to identify colon cancer respectively. The correlation of these two means were compared, the same to those patients with postoperative recurrence. Results The accuracy of preoperative CT diagnosis of colon cancer was 85.3% and the correlation coefficient is 0.856, which is of closecorrelation with pathological biopsy （P〈0.05）. For 45 cases of patients with postoperative recurrence, the recurrence rate was 37.5%. The accuracy of CT in the diagnosis of recurrent colorectal cancer was 93.3%, which was of high correlation with pathological biopsy group （P〈0.05）. Moreover, CT diagnosis was of high correlation （P〈0.05） with pathological results on the various stages of colon cancer. Conclusions The accuracy of CT diagnosis of preoperative and postoperative recurrence of colon cancer is high, and of high correlation with pathological results. Therefore, CT diagnosis is of high clinical value.
