早产儿缺氧缺血性脑病的MRI诊断

摘    要:目的探讨早产儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的MRI表现特征,以提高对本病的认识。材料与方法对74例临床确诊HIE的早产儿进行MRI检查,并对其MRI表现进行分析。结果 74例患儿有不同程度、不同类型脑损害的MRI征象,其中脑水肿8例,脑白质损害49例,出血性脑损伤17例。结论早产儿HIE脑损伤的MRI表现复杂多样,也可为多种征象共同存在。MRI能真实地反映早产儿脑损伤的情况,为临床治疗提供可靠地影像学依据。

The Diagnosis of MRI of Premature Infants Hypoxicischaemic Encephaemia

Abstract:Objective To study the MRI features of premature infants hypoxicischaemic encephaemia, so as to enhance understanding of the disease. MaterialsandMethods MRI was performed of 74 cases of premature infants hypoxicischaemic encephaemia, then the MRI features were analysed. Results 74 patients have varying degrees of different types of MRI features of brain damage. 8 cases of cerebral edema, 49 cases of cerebral white matter damage, 17 cases of hemorrhagic brain injury. Conclusion The MRI features of brain damage of Premature infant HIE performance is complex and diverse, but also co-exist for a variety of signs. It can be truly to demonstrate impaired degree.And to provide reliable Radiology information for physicians.
