| 摘 要： | 随着生物技术的发展,对恶性肿瘤进行免疫基因治疗已成为研究热点.免疫基因治疗是一种新的肿瘤治疗模式,部分已经进入临床应用阶段,并取得了明显的治疗效果.本文综述了近年来在肿瘤免疫基因治疗研究及临床应用领域所取得的进展.

| Abstract: | With the development of biological technology, gene immunotherapy for cancer has been the focus of cancer treatment study.Gene immunotherapy is a new approach for cancer treatment,parts of which have begun clinical practice,and obtained prominent curative effect.In this article the new progress in study and clinical practice of gene immunotherapy for cancer is reviewed. |
