拉米呋啶治疗慢性乙肝实验指标动态观察

目的:通过乙肝病毒(HBV)核酸定量、HBV血清学标志物(HBV-M)、ALT、AST指标的监测,观察慢性乙型肝炎患者服用拉米呋啶的疗效.方法:选择986例慢性乙型肝炎患者,治疗组786例,服用拉米呋啶治疗药物(100 mg/d),对照组200例,未服用治疗药物,两组定期采血作HBV-DNA定量、HBV-M、肝功能检测.结果:治疗1年后治疗组391例HBV-DNA阴转(＜104 cps/ml)(49.7%),对照组8例阴转(4%);治疗组786例ALT、AST异常者703例恢复正常(89.4%),对照组200例18例恢复正常(9.0%);治疗组HBeAg/Anti-HBe转换84例(19.2%),HBeAg阴转62例(14.2%).对照组5例HBeAg/Anti-HBe转换(4.2%).结论:拉米呋啶能有效抑制HBV的复制,降低ALT和AST,促进HBeAg / Anti-HBe 转换及HBeAg阴转.

Dynamic changes of laboratory indexes in the chronic hepatitis B patients treated with lamivudine

Objective: To observe the dynamic changes of laboratory indexes in the chronic hepatitis B patients treated with lamivudine. Methods:986 cases of chronic hepatitis B paticnts were enrolled. 786 of them were treated with lamivudine (100 mg/d)and 200 served as control group without treatment with lamivudine. HBV-DNA, HBV-M and liver function were examinated. Results: After one-year therapy, HBV-DNA in 391 cases of treatment group turned negative(<104 cps/ml)(49.7%)and 8 cases of control group turned negative (4%)(P<0.01).Abnormal ALT and AST in 703 of 786 cases of treatment group turned normal(89.4%)(P<0.01). HBeAg in 84 cases of treatment group turned to anti-HBe positive(19.2%)and HBeAg in 62 cases turned negative(14.2%).In control group,HBeAg of 5 cases turned negative and anti-HBe appeared(4.2%).Conclusion:Lamivudine could inhibit the replication of HBV effectively, decrease level of ALT and AST, promote conversion of HBeAg into anti-HBe.
