摘    要:目的:分析2 015例不同类型子宫颈病变患者高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的感染情况,探讨高危型HPV感染与子宫颈病变的关系。方法:采用美国Digene公司杂交捕获仪(HC2)检测2 015例不同类型子宫颈病变患者的13种高危型HPV病毒的感染情况,结合病理诊断进行分析。结果:2 015例子宫颈病变患者中,子宫颈炎1 371例,宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)644例,其中CIN 352例,CIN 194例,CIN 98例,其13种高危型HPV病毒的感染率分别是28.0%、58.8%、89.7%、94.9%,中高度CIN(CIN、CIN)感染率明显高于低度CIN和宫颈炎(P<0.05)。结论:子宫颈病变的发生、发展与高危型HPV感染有关,随着病变程度的加重,高危型HPV感染率明显增高,高危型HPV检测可用于子宫颈癌和癌前病变的筛查及治疗后的随访。

Abstract:Objective:To study the relationship between the infection of high risk type of human papilloma virus(HPV) through the infection status of 2015 cases with cervical lesion.Methods:Hybrid Capture Ⅱ Assay(HC2) which could identify 13 high risk HPV was used to confirm cervical infection of HPV in cervical lesion of 2015 cases,the results were analyzed by pathologic diagnosis.Results:There were 1371 cases with chronic cervicitis,352cases with cervical intra-epithelial(CIN)Ⅰ,194 cases with CIN Ⅱ,98 Cases with CINⅢ,and the rates of infection of high risk type of HPV were 28.0%,58.8%,89.7%,94.9% respectively.The infection rates of HPV of the cases with CIN Ⅱ and CIN Ⅲ were higher than that in the cases with CINⅠand chronic cervicitis(P0.05).Conclusion:The examination of high risk type of HPV could be applied to screen the cervical cancer,cervical intra-epithelial neoplasia and also to follow-up the cases post-treatment.
