| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肾移植早期急性排斥反应的诊断及治疗方法。方法：肾移植98例病例中对18例肾移植术后发生早期（1个月内）急性排斥反应的诊断及治疗进行分析。结果：18例早期急性排斥反应经治疗后均成功。结论：早期急性排斥反应是同种异体肾移植术后最重要问题之一，甲强龙能很好的使术后早期急性排斥反应逆转。对加强龙反应差者，及时配合应用FK506，抗CD3可使术后早期急性排斥反应逆转。成功的关键是早期诊断，早期治疗。
