过氧化损伤、氧化修饰反应与动脉粥样硬化的关系及调肝导浊中药对其调控作用研究

目的 :观察调肝导浊中药对家兔实验性AS模型抗过氧化损伤的影响 ,探讨调肝导浊中药防治AS的机制。方法 :高胆固醇饮食饲喂家兔10周造成AS模型 ,给药6周结束实验 ,取肝脏匀浆测定MDA ,SOD变化。此外 ,体外培养大鼠肝细胞 ,用ELISA法测定培养液中OX -LDL含量。结果 :调肝导浊中药可使肝脏MDA含量降低 ,SOD活性升高 ;并有效降低肝细胞培养液中OX -LDL含量。结论 :调肝导浊中药具有明显抗过氧化损伤的功效 ,从而有效抑制AS形成发展。

Study on Relation Between Peroxide injury and Oxidizing Modification Reaction and Atheroscleorsis, and the regulating Function on them with Herbal Medicine to Adjust the Liver and remove Turbid Qi

Objective:to observe the effect of the Traditional Chinese Medicinal herbs ,which has a liver-regulating and turbid removing effect upon anti oxidative damage of the atherosclerosis(AS) rabbits. Study the mechanism of preventing and curing AS of the traditional medicinal herbs.Method: the rabbits were fed with heavy dosage of cholesterol for ten weeks in order to form the AS model.Then, the herbs were given for six weeks.After experiment ended,sample the liver, assay the change of SOD and MDA. Therefore,the hepatocyte of rat was cultured in vitro and assay the contents of OX-LDL in medium.Results:the traditional Chinese medicinal herbs can increase the contents of MDA and the active of SOD in liver, decrease effectively the contents of OX-LDL in medium.Conclusion: the traditional Chinese medicinal herbs have the capability of anti-oxidative damage,thus,preventing the formation and progress of As.
