清洁级成年SD大鼠肾脏自发病变的组织病理学研究

摘    要:目的 研究某实验动物中心清洁级成年SD大鼠肾脏自发病变的组织病理学改变。方法 某实验动物中心在2007-2010年间对3 000只清洁级成年SD大鼠,雌雄各半,取肾脏作组织病理学检查。对SD大鼠肾脏自发病变的组织病理学改变,进行分析总结。利用SPSS13.0软件对各种自发病变发生率,性别差异等实验结果进行统计分析。结果 清洁级成年SD大鼠肾脏的自发病理变化根据发生率从高到低依次有细胞水肿、炎症细胞浸润、囊肿、新生肾小管、管型、钙化等。在这些病理变化中,钙化雌性发生率明显高于雄性,经统计差异有显著性(P<0.01)。 其余病变的性别差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 本研究揭示了清洁级成年SD大鼠肾脏自发病变的组织病理学改变,为用成年SD大鼠做实验动物的医学研究提供重要的参考。

Kidney histopathology of spontaneous lesions in clean adult Sprague-Dawley rats

Abstract:In order to study kidney histopathological spontaneous lesions in clean adult Sprague-Dawley rats, a total of 3 000 clean adult Sprague-Dawley rats' kidney tissue was taken for pathology examination in a laboratory of animal center during 2007 to 2010. These clean adult Sprague-Dawley rats were composed of 1 500 male rats and 1 500 female rats. The kidney histopathological spontaneous lesions in clean adult Sprague-Dawley rats were analyzed and summarized. The incidence of spontaneous lesions and gender differences in experimental results were analyzed with SPSS 13.0 software. We found the order of kidney histopathological spontaneous lesions in clean adult Sprague-Dawley rats from high to low were cellular swelling, inflammatory infiltration, cast, calcification, cyst, and newborn kidney tissues. There was no significant gender difference in kidney histopathological spontaneous lesions (P>0.05) except calcification (P<0.01). The incidence of calcification in females (3.53%) was significantly higher than that in males (0.33%). The present study provides the background database of the spontaneous lesions in clean adult Sprague-Dawley rats, and may lay a foundation for the medical researches which use the clean adult Sprague-Dawley rats.
