多潘立酮在慢性胃炎病患中的临床应用分析

目的 分析总结慢性胃炎治疗中多潘立酮的应用价值。方法 将80例慢性胃炎患者随机分为对照组及观察组两组,每组40例。对照组在常规治疗中未应用多潘立酮治疗,观察组在常规治疗中应用多潘立酮治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 两组间接受治疗前胃镜下病变直径、胃镜下病变积分及临床总积分比较无统计学差异(P＞0.05),但在接受4周的药物治疗后,观察组胃镜下病变直径、胃镜下病变积分及临床总积分均明显低于对照组(P＜0.05),且接受4周治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05)。此外,两组在4周的治疗时间内的药物副作用发生率比较无统计学差异(P＞0.05)。结论 在慢性胃炎的临床治疗中加用多潘立酮可有效的提高临床治疗效果。

Analysis clinical application of domperidone in chronic gastritis patients

Objective To analyze and summarize the treatment of chronic gastritis domperidone value.Methods 80 patients with chronic gastritis patients were randomly divided into a control group and the observation group two groups of 40 cases.The control group did not use domperidone therapy in the conventional treatment,the observation group received domperidone treatment in conventional treatment,comparative analysis of clinical outcomes of the two groups of patients.Results The two groups showed no lesions accept diameter endoscopic lesion score and total score under clinical endoscopic treatment before significant difference(P＞0.05),but after receiving four weeks of therapy,the lesion diameter gastroscope under observation group,endoscopy under the lesion score and clinical total score was significantly lower than the control group(P＜0.05),and the acceptance of four weeks of treatment,the total effective observation group was higher(P＜0.05).In addition,no significant difference(P＞0.05) incidence of adverse drug reactions in the two groups within 4 weeks of treatment time.Conclusions In clinical treatment of chronic gastritis plus domperidone can effectively improve clinical outcomes.
