Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) occurs in any age and more often in women. Pregnant is one of the predisposing factors. This article reviewed the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, classification, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment, preconception counseling of TTP and the relationship between pregnancy and TTP.
