| 摘 要： | 产后出血是分娩期的严重并发症，是世界范围内孕产妇死亡的主要原因之一。早期识别产后出血高危患者，准确评估产后出血量，及时采取合理有效的预防和诊治措施，有助于避免严重不良妊娠结局的发生。本文总结了产后出血的高危因素、出血量的正确评估、产后出血的预防、液体复苏、手术治疗及其效果的相关研究进展。

| Abstract: | Postpartum hemorrhage(PPH) is an obstetrical emergency, and it is a major cause of maternal morbidity all over the world. Recognizing the risk factors at early stage, evaluating blood loss precisely, and taking effective measures to prevent or treat PPH, all above are conductive to improve the pregnancy outcome. This paper reviews the progress made in the risk factors, evaluation blood loss, prevention and management of the PPH. |
