| 摘 要： | 成年人肠套叠发病率较低，90%的成年人肠套叠为继发性。成年人肠套叠在临床表现、分型、病因、诊断治疗方面有其特点。超声检查和CT扫描有助于提高术前诊断率。CT检查日益成为术前诊断的金标准。原则上，成年人肠套叠一经确诊或高度怀疑，应及时手术干预。除传统剖腹探查外，腹腔镜探查日益引起重视。另外，随着减重手术和胃旁路手术的开展，因此产生的逆行或者顺行肠套叠的并发症需引起注意。

| Abstract: | Bowel intussusception is rare in adults but common in children. Almost 90% of adult intussusceptions are secondary to a pathologic condition and the clinical picture can be very aspecific and challenging. In this review we discuss the symptoms, location, etiology,characteristics, diagnostic methods and treatment strategies of this rare and enigmatic clinical entity in adults. CT scanning and ultrasonography are helpful for preoperative diagnosis in adult intussusceptions. Currently, abdominal CT scan represents the gold standard with an high accuracy. Most surgeons agree that adult intussusception requires standard surgical intervention because of the high incidence of malignancy. Laparoscopic treatment is also a worthy option for adult intussusceptions. Antegrade and retrograde intussusceptions after gastric bypass surgery are very specific and challenging complications. |
