坦度螺酮联合阿戈美拉汀治疗老年性卒中后抑郁的临床研究

目的 探讨坦度螺酮联合阿戈美拉汀治疗老年性卒中后抑郁的有效性及安全性。方 法将61例老年性卒中后抑郁患者分为治疗组31例、对照组30例；治疗组给予坦度螺酮联合阿戈美拉汀治疗，对照组给予阿戈美拉汀治疗；分别在治疗第2、4周，用抑郁量表（HAMD）、焦虑量表（HAMA）及副作用量表(TESS)评定。结果两组临床疗显效率有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。副反应两组间无显著性差异（P＞0.05）。结论坦度螺酮联合阿戈美拉汀治疗老年性卒中后抑郁疗效显著，安全性高。

The Clinical study of tandospirone combined with Agomelatine in treatment of senile depression after stroke
