产后出血早期识别的研究进展

摘    要:产后出血是产科常见并发症,大量而快速的产后出血严重威胁孕产妇生命安全,是我国甚至全球导致孕产妇死亡的首要原因。产后出血患者从发病到死亡,病情发展迅速,因此要求临床工作者能够对其进行早期诊断,并采取有效治疗措施挽救产妇子宫及其生命。这与能否早期识别该病,以及该病患者的预后有着密切关系。在临床实践过程中,目前尚无针对早期识别产后出血、避免陷入早期诊断陷阱的方法。笔者拟综合国内外相关资料分析认为,早期识别产后出血需要结合高危因素、出血量估计及有效临床指标综合评价,避免盲目相信错误指标而错失抢救时机。

Abstract:Postpartum hemorrhage, as a common obstetric complication, threatens maternal life if it develops quickly and fiercely. Maternal mortality due to postpartum hemorrhage continues to be one of the most important causes of maternal death nationwide and worldwide. It is rapid development from onset to the death of postpartum hemorrhage patients, early diagnosis and effective treatment are required to save maternals' life. In other words, early identification and prognosis of postpartum hemorrhage are closely related. However, there is no recognition for early identification of postpartum hemorrhage and avoiding trap in clinical practice currently. We focused on domestic and international data, inferring that early identification of postpartum hemorrhage requires analysis by synthesis of risk factors, quantification of blood loss volume and effective clinical indicators, which can avoid to believe error indicators blindly and miss rescue opportunity.
