| 摘 要： | 良性前列腺增生（BPH）作为一种常见的中老年男性泌尿外科疾病，伴随着我国人口老龄化的加重，BPH的发病率也在不断增多。伴随微创泌外的发展，越来越多的激光技术，应用于BPH的临床治疗。本文对各种激光在BPH的治疗中的应用、疗效、术后并发症等问题进行综述。

| Abstract: | BPH as a common urological disease in older men, along with the aggravation of China's aging population, the incidence of BPH is also increasing. With the development of minimally invasive surgery in clinaical urology, the growing number of laser technology has been used in clinical treatment of BPH. In this article, the various laser application in the treatment of BPH, efficacy, complications and other issues were reviewed. |
