有氧运动延缓大鼠脑组织衰老及影响突触可塑性的研究

摘    要:目的 探究有氧运动对大鼠脑组织突触可塑性的影响和延缓脑衰老的作用及机制。方法 选择30只D-半乳糖致衰的SD大鼠,随机分为衰老对照组、衰老运动组和正常对照组三组,每组10只,衰老运动组进行8周的跑台运动,正常及衰老对照组不运动。8周跑台运动后,观测大鼠的学习记忆能力和突触可塑性的改变。结果 8周后,运动组能明显提高其突触密度并降低膜粘滞度,完成时间和错误的臂数明显减少,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 有氧运动可以延缓大鼠脑衰老并影响突触可塑性。

Abstract:Objective to explore the synaptic plasticity of aerobic exercise on rats had the potential impact and delay the aging of the brain function and mechanism.Methods 30 D-galactose to failure of SD rats,were randomly divided into control group,aging aging movement group and normal control group in three groups,each group of 10,aging group for 8 weeks to treadmill motion,normal and aging control group don't exercise.8 weeks after treadmill exercise,observing rats learning and memory ability and the change of the synaptic plasticity.Results After 8 weeks,the campaign group can obviously improve the synaptic density and viscosity reducing membrane,aging completion time and the number of errors of arm movement group was obviously reduced,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Aerobic exercise can delay the aging rats and synaptic plasticity.
