复方甘草酸苷联合常规药物在皮肤科临床患者中的应用体会

目的 探讨在皮肤科疾病的治疗中应用复方甘草酸苷的临床治疗价值。方法 随机将80例湿疹、60例荨麻疹、60例玫瑰糠疹及60例银屑病患者分为两组,每组湿疹40例、荨麻疹30例、玫瑰糠疹30例及银屑病30例。接受常规治疗者为A组,常规治疗的基础上联合应用复方甘草酸苷治疗者为B组。对比两组间各类疾病治疗前后的皮损面积和严重指数(PASI)的改善情况。同时对比两组间治疗总有效率及药物副作用发生率。结果 各类疾病不同治疗方案的两组间治疗前PASI皮肤比较均未见统计学差异(P＞0.05),但接受治疗1个月后,B组中各类疾病的PASI皮肤显著低于A组(P＜0.05)。且B组治疗总有效率为92.31%,而A组治疗总有效率为80.00%,B组治疗总有效率明显优于A组(P＜0.05)。此外,两组各类疾病间药物副作用发生率比较无统计学差异(P＞0.05)。结论 在皮肤科疾病的临床治疗中加用复方甘草酸苷可有效的提高临床治疗效果。

Application experience of compound glycyrrhizin glucoside in combinationwith conventional drugs in dermatology patients

Objective To study the clinical therapeutic value of compound glycyrrhizin glucoside in the treatment of skin disease.Methods 80 cases of eczema,60 patients with urticaria,60 cases of pityriasis rosea and 60 patients with psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases of eczema,urticaria,30 cases,30 cases of pityriasis rosea and 30 cases of patients with psoriasis in each group.Accept conventional therapy was as group A,accept conventional treatment combined with compound glycyrrhizin glucoside was as group B.Comparison the various diseases of skin lesion area and severity index (PASI) between the two groups.At the same time,comparison contrast total effective rate and the incidence of drug side effects between the two groups.Results There were no statistical differences of PASI between two groups of various diseases before treatment(P＞0.05),but after 1 months′treatment,the PASI of all kinds of diseases in the group B skin was significantly lower than that of group A(P＜0.05).And the total effective rate of group B was 92.31%,and the total effective rate of group A was 80.00%,group B was superior than group A(P＜0.05).In addition,the incidence of drug side effects between the two groups had no statistical difference(P＞0.05).Conclusions In clinical treatment of skin diseases accept compound glycyrrhizin glucoside can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
