| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合护理危险因素评估表在神经内科中的应用以及对护理不良事件发生率的影响。方法 对 2013 年使用 各项危险因素评估表时护理不良事件发生情况与 2014 年启用综合护理危险因素评估表护理不良事件发生情况进行对比分 析。结果启用综合护理危险因素评估表后，神经内科住院患者各种护理不良事件发生率明显降低。结论 正确使用综合 护理危险因素评估表，能有效降低神经内科住院患者护理不良事件发生率，减少护患纠纷发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the application of applying comprehensive nursing risk factors assessment in neurology and the impact on the incidence of nursing adverse events. Methods Nursing adverse events happened in the department of neurology in 2013 and that happened in 2014 when using various kinds of risk factors assessment were analyzed. Results The incidence of all kinds of nursing adverse events after applying comprehensive nursing risk factors assessment in the patients reduced significantly. Conclusion Proper use comprehensive nursing risk factors assessment can effectively reduce the incidence of neurology hospital patients’ nursing adverse events and its nursing disputes. |
