摘    要:硝基酪氨酸被认为是体内氧化应激的标志物,可用于指导糖尿病及其并发症的临床诊断及治疗。而最近的研究表明,硝基酪氨酸不仅是糖尿病时的代谢产物及糖尿病慢性并发症的风险预测因子,本身还具有病理生理学活性。本文就硝基酪氨酸的生成、病理作用及其在糖尿病肾病发生、发展中的作用作一综述。

Abstract:Nitrotyrosine is a product of of tyrosine nitration mediated by peroxynitrite anion and nitrogen dioxide, which is well acknowledged as a significant factor in diabetes mellitus(DM). It is regarded as a marker of oxidative stress(OS) and a risk predictor of chronic complications of DM to assist clinical diagnosis and therapy. Present researches have found that NT has its own pathological activities, such as causing damages of protein, mitochondria and cell. Thus, in this paper, generation pathology effect of NT, and its role in establishment and development in DM are reviewed.
