玻璃体切除联合白内障手术治疗增生型糖尿病视网膜病变术后早期高眼压的观察

目的 探究增生型糖尿病视网膜病变玻璃体切除联合白内障超声乳化术治疗术后早期高眼压的临床效果。方法 随机选择2012-05～2014-05月收治的68例(84只眼)增生型糖尿病视网膜病变患者进行研究,分为研究组和对照组,其中对照组使用常规手术治疗,研究组采用玻璃体切除联合白内障超声乳化治疗术进行治疗,分析两组的治疗效果。结果 研究组的视力提高的情况显著优于对照组,两者间的差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。研究组出现早期高眼压的几率显著少于对照组,两者间差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 使用玻璃体切除联合白内障超声乳化术治疗术后早期高眼压,治疗效果好,安全性高。

The clinical analysis of intraocular pressure elevation in the earlyperiod after phacoemulsification and vitreretinal surery proliferativediabetic retinopathy

Objective To explore the effect of intraocular pressure elevation in the early period after phacoemulsification and vitreretinal surery proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods 68 patients (84 eyes) who proliferative diabetic retinopathy were divided randomly into observation group and control group from May 2012 to May 2014.The control group treated with conventional surgical and the observation group with vitrectomy combined with phacoemulsification therapy.The effect was analyzed between the two groups.Results The visual acuity of observation group improved significantly better than the control group,and the differences have statistically significant(P＜0.05).The observation group with early high postoperative intraocular pressure was significantly less than the control group,and the differences have statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Vitrectomy combined with phacoemulsification therapy for the treatment of early postoperative high intraocular pressure has good treatment effect and should be introduced in the clinical treatment.
