| 摘 要： | 目的:研究复荣通脉胶囊的药效学作用,为临床应用提供理论依据。方法:采用肾上腺素致小鼠耳廓微循环障碍、实验性大鼠动-静脉旁路血栓形成、大鼠体内血栓形成,观察复荣通脉胶囊的药理作用。结果:复荣通脉胶囊可明显增加肾上腺素致微循环障碍小鼠耳廓微动脉及微静脉管径,加快微血管内RBC流速,改善小鼠耳廓微循环;可明显减轻实验性大鼠动-静脉旁路血栓形成;可明显延长大鼠体内血栓形成时间。结论:复荣通脉胶囊可改善微循环;预防血栓形成。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the main pharmaocodynamic effect of Furong Tongmai capsules.METHODSThe therapeutic effect of Furong Tongmai capsules was observed with a model of microcirculatory disturbance induced with adrenaline.RESULTSFurong Tongmai capsules could increase the diameter of the arteriole and venule in the auricula with microcirculatory disturbance in mice,speeded up the velocity of blood flow in it,improved its microcirculation.CONCLUSIONFurong Tongmai capsule can improve the auricular microcirculation in mice. |
