| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经皮髓核激光汽化减压术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的可行性、安全性及疗效.方法对49例行平均2500焦耳(J)量半导体激光汽化,并进行3个月短期疗效观察.结果按Macnab改良标准评价,优良率92%,无并发症出现.结论半导体激光髓核汽化减压术是一种操作简单、安全有效、无需住院的微创手术.

| Abstract: | Objective To search a new simple?minimally invasive?safety and effectlive method to treat the lumbar disc herniation.Methods Forty-nine patients treated with ESC/Sharplan 2500 laser diode percutaneous nucleus pulposus vaporization were evaluated.There were followed-up for 3 months.Results The results showed that the clinical effective rate and satisfactory rate were 92%.No complication occurred.Conclusion Laser diode pulposus vaporization has been found to be an effective,rapid,reliable,outpatient,minimally invasive and safe procedure for lumbar disc herniation. |
