阴道超声对输卵管妊娠的诊断价值

目的探讨输卵管妊娠的阴道超声（TVS）诊断价值。方法回顾性分析术后病理诊断为输卵管妊娠102例的声像图表现,总结出具有诊断价值的超声特征。结果输卵管妊娠的TVS声像图特征分为三型,Ⅰ型：典型孕囊型9例,占9%;Ⅱ型：具有Donut征的卵巢外小肿块79例,占77%;Ⅲ型：混合团块型6例,占6%.超声诊断正确率为92%,误诊率为8%.结论TVS对输卵管妊娠的诊断价值很高。

The diagnosis value of transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis on tubal pregnanay

Objective To evaluate the value of tubal pregnancy diagnosis with transvaginal ultrasound（TVS）.Methods Retrospective analysis of pathological diagnosis of 102 case of tubal pregnancy TVS sonography was made and summed up the ultrasound features of diagnostic value.Results The imaging characteristics of tubal pregnancy included three types.There were 9 cases of tyical pregnancy（TypeⅠ）accounting for 9%,typeⅡ,79 cases of small tumors with donut sign outside the ovary,accounting for77% and typeⅢ,6 cases of mixed clumps accounting for 6%.Ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate was 92% and 8% misdiagnosis.Conclusion TVS has good value to diagnosis of tubal pregnancy.
