| Abstract: | Gene chip or microarray,which was characterized by high affinity,high accuracy and integrity,as well as its large information volume,has comprehensive application in medical research.It can help to identify disease-related genes and appropriate target genes for therapeutic intervention.Its recent use and prospect in ophthalmologic research are summarized. |
