| 摘 要： | 目的探讨食管静脉曲张破裂大出血患者在急诊内镜下行硬化治疗(EIS)的方法.方法70例食管静脉曲张破裂大出血患者采用5%鱼肝油酸钠食管曲张静脉内注射.结果首次EIS能明确出血部位67例,止血成功68例,并发症9例,死亡1例.结论EIS是急诊救治食管静脉曲张大出血相对安全有效的方法.

| Abstract: | Aim To evaluate the effectiveness of emergency endoscopic injection sclerotherape(EIS)in massive hemorrhage from esophagogastric varices.Methods Endoscopic injection of 5% sodium morrhuate was used to control esophagogastric variceal bleeding in 70 patients.Results The exact bleeding site at the first procedure could be visualized in 67 patients.EIS was effective in 68 patients.Complications of EIS occurred in 9 cases,of which 1died.Conclusion Endoscopic injection scelerotherapy is relatively safe and effective in the treatment of massive hemorrhage from esophagogastvic varices. |
