旋转滑入法植入人工晶体临床研究

目的 探讨安全、准确植入人工晶4g(IOL)的方法。方法前步按白内障现代囊外除的手术步骤，植IOL时先将下袢放入6点晶体囊袋内，右手镊夹住晶体上袢右侧，左手镊挡住左侧，左右手调整用力。旋转、滑入同时进行，将IOL放入囊袋内。结果术中、术后并发症明显低于其它方法。术后1周视力与其他方法比较，经统计学处理有显差异(P<0．05)。结论旋转滑入法植入IOL，筒单、准确、并发症少，术后视力恢复快，便于基层临床推广应用。

Clinical Study on Revolving Sliding Transplanting Intraocular Lenses

Objective To study the safe and exact method of transplanting intraocular lenses(IOL).Methods The first procedure was the same as the modern operational procedure of cataract extraction out-side the bursa.When transplanting IOL,firstly,put the underside belt in to the six o'clock in the crystal bursa.The right hand tweezes the right side of the crystal upside belt,the left hand tweezes block left side,adjust the force of your hands,put IOl into the bursa,revolving and sliding.Results During operation and after operation complications were less than other methods.After the opration,compare the weekly eyesight of this method with the eyesight of other methods,the difference was clear in the statistics(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of revolving sliding transplanting IOL is simple,exact with less complications, and eyesight recovers quickly. This method is convenient to apply and dissiminate in basic units.
