| 摘 要： | 目的探讨具有cagA基因的幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)菌株与胃癌发生的关系。方法用聚合酶链反应方法对 36例慢性浅表性胃炎患者 ,30例胃癌患者的胃窦部活检组织进行cagA基因的测定。结果cagA基因在慢性浅表性胃炎的检出率为 33% ,在胃癌的检出率为 80 % ,二者差异具有显著意义 ,P <0 0 5 ;cagA基因在弥漫性胃癌中的检出率为 33% ,在肠型胃癌中的检出率为 92 % ,二者差异具有显著意义 ,P <0 0 5。结论具有cagA基因的Hp菌株是导致胃癌发生的重要因素 ,其中与肠型胃癌发生的关系尤为密切 |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo verify the relation between the infection of Hp strains with cag A gene and the occurrence of gastric cancer.MethodsThis study included 36 chronic superficial gastritis samples and 30 gastric cancer samples. Diagnosis was made by the endoscopic biopsy, laparotomy, and pathology. Cag A gene was determined by PCR technique.ResultsTotal cag A gene positive rate in chronic superficial gastritis group was 33%,and 80% in gastric cancer group ( P <0 05). Cag A gene positive rate in diffusive cancer group was 33%,and 92% in intestinal type ( P <0 05).Conclusion Cag A positive Hp strains are implicated in the occurrence of gastric cancer, especially with the intestinal type. |
