| 摘 要： | 目的评估胸部数字化X线摄影在心脏移植术后的应用价值,分析心脏移植术后胸部并发症的X线特征。方法对15例同种原位心脏移植术患者术后连续行数字化X线胸片检查,了解胸部X线变化。结果心脏移植术后胸部X线征象包括:肺部感染、胸腔积液、气胸、心包积液、心包积气、肺水肿。结论数字化X线胸片检查能早期发现心脏移植术后胸部并发症,有效监测右心功能情况,是心脏移植术后疗效评估的有效手段。

| Abstract: | Objective This study investigated the effect of digital chest X-ray film on detecting the chest complications of post heart transplantation. Methods All the 15 cases of orthotopic heart allotransplantations had continuous digital chest X-ray. We studied all the digital chest x-ray features. Results The chest X-ray features of post heart transplantation included lung infection, hydrothorax, pneumothorax, hydropericardium, pneumopericardium and pneumonedema. Conclusion The digital chest X-ray film could detect the chest complications of post heart transplatation early and monitor the right heart function effectively. The digital chest X-ray fihn is an effective evaluation of heart transplantation. |
