马来酸桂哌齐特联合依帕司他对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效分析

目的探讨马来酸桂哌齐特联合依帕司他对糖尿病周围神经病变疗效的影响。方法选取120例2型糖尿病伴有周围神经病变的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组采用马来酸桂哌齐特联合依帕司他治疗,对照组单纯采用依帕司他治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效。结果观察组取得的治疗效果比对照组的治疗效果明显起作用(P<0.05),观察组和治疗组的神经传导速度在治疗后得到了明显的改善(P<0.01),但是观察族的效果更好。结论马来酸桂哌齐特在治疗糖尿病周围神经病变时联合使用依帕司的治疗效果比单纯的应用依帕司他的治疗效果要更好。

The Clinical Effect of Cinepazide Maleate combined with Epalrestat on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective To investigate the effects of cinepazide maleate combined with epalrestat on diabetic peripheral neuropathy effect.Methods 120 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus with peripheral neuropathy patients,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each group,the observation group was treated with cinepazide maleate combined with epalrestat treatment,the control group with simple treatment with epalrestat.Comparison of two groups of patients before and after treatment of clinical efficacy.Results The clinical curative effect of observation group was better than the control group（P0.05）,was observed in the group of nerve conduction velocity improved significantly after treatment than before treatment（P0.01）,the control group of nerve conduction velocity after treatment than before treatment was significantly improved（P0.05）.Conclusion Cinepazide maleate combined with epalrestat on diabetic peripheral neuropathy curative effect satisfaction,better than the application effect of epalrestat
