分析系数在食品理化检验质量控制中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨分析系数在食品理化检验质量中的应用价值。方法对某市所辖10个疾病预防控制中心的食品理化实验室中的某同一品牌饮料样品中铅含量的测定结果,采用分析系数给予评价。结果 10个实验室的对饮料样品中铅含量CA全部在80%以上,质控考核均合格。结论用分析系数在食品理化分析方面进行评价分析质量,方法简单,既可反映精密度,又可反映准确度,值得推广与应用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the analysis of coefficients in the physical and chemical testing of food quality application value.Methods The city under the jurisdiction of the 10 center for disease control and prevention of food physical and chemical laboratory of the same brand of beverage samples for lead determination results,the analysis gives evaluation coefficient.Results 10 Laboratory for beverage samples for lead content of CA all is in 80% above,examination of quality control are qualified.Conclusion Analysis of the coefficient in the food physical and chemical analysis for evaluation of analytical quality,the method is simple,can reflect the precision,but also reflect the accuracy,is worthy of promotion and application.
