| 摘 要： | 现代战争致伤武器多样化、战伤伤势多元化，给战场救护的护理组织与管理带来了前所未有的考验。本文提出：现代战伤救护时护理组织指挥要一体化；应合理调配护理人力资源，培训建立一支心理素质强、一专多能的护理救治队伍；建立战时救护的管理体系，积极参与战伤救治的网络组织管理。

| Abstract: | Modern wars are characterized by diversified weapons and wounds, which will bring great troubles for nursing management in battlefield rescue. Therefore a nursing team should be set up in which nursing organization and command during are integrated, and the members are of good mentalities and almightiness. Meanwhile, managers should pay attentions to the research of how to establish rescue management system and attach themselves to network management involved in battlefield rescue. |
