单核细胞趋化蛋白-1及其受体在结核性胸膜炎患者中的表达

目的 探讨单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)及其受体(CCR2)在结核性胸膜炎患者外周血和胸水中的表达情况.方法 采用流式细胞术检测结核性胸膜炎患者外周血单个核细胞及胸水细胞中的CCR2;用ELISA法检测结核性胸膜炎患者血清及胸水中的MCP-1.结果 结核性胸膜炎患者外周血中MCP-1和CCR2表达明显高于正常对照组MCP-1:(340.8±220.8)与(9.0±3.8)ng/L,P＜0.01;CCR2:(18.2±10.1)%与(6.9±3.5)%,P＜0.05];外周血中MCP-1与CCR2两者呈正相关(r=0.227,P＜0.05),胸水中检测到MCP-1和CCR2表达.结论 MCP-1和CCR2在结核性胸膜炎患者外周血和胸水中的表达明显增加,是参与结核性胸膜炎发生发展的重要免疫分子.

The expression of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 and CCR2 in tuberculous pleurisy

Objective To investigate the expression of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)and CCR2 in peripheral blood and pleural fluid of tuberculous pleurisy patients.Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of CCR2 in the peripheral blood mononuclear cell and pleural fluid cell of tuberculous pleurisy patients;ELISA was used to detect the content of MCP-1 in serum and pleural fluid.Results MCP-1 in surem and pleural fluid and CCR2 in the peripheral blood mononuclear cell and pleural fluid cell of tuberculous pleurisy patients was significantly higher than that of the healthy normal controlsMCP-1:(340.8±220.8)and(9.0±3.8)ng/L,P＜0.01;CCR2(18.2±10.1)%and(6.9±3.5)%,P＜0.05];Both MCP-1 and CCR2 were detected in pleural fluid and both of them were positivley correlated(r=0.227,P＜0.05).Conclusion The expression of MCP-1 and CCR2 in peripheral blood of tuberculous pleurisy patient are significantly elevated which are significance molecule participating in the pathogenesis of tuberculous pleurisy.
