| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨输尿管镜(URS)气压弹道碎石术治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法：采用输尿管镜配合气压弹道碎石机治疗泌尿系结石患者32例。结果：一次性碎石取石成功率为90．6％，其中输尿管结石为57．1％(4／7)，膀胱结石为100％(16／16)，输尿管下段膀胱开口处结石为100％(9／9)。并发症主要为术后发热(5例)、肾绞痛(2例)及血尿等。结论：输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗泌尿系结石安全有效，损伤小，是治疗泌尿系结石的好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of the ureteroscopy(URS) pneumatic lithotripsy to cure the ureteric calculi.Method:32 patients with the ureteric calculi were treated using the pneumatic lithotripsy with ureteroscopy.Results: The stone-free rates for single use only were 90.6%. Among the total, the stone-free rate of ureteric calculi was up to 57.1% (4/7), the vesical calculi was 100% (16/16).The calculi in the lower part of the ureter and in the opening place of the bladder were 100% (9/9). The main complicating diseases were the postoperative fever (5 cases),the renal colic (2 cases) and the bloody urine. Conclusion: The ureteroscopy(URS) pneumatic lithotripsy provides a safe and effective method for the treatment of the ureteric calculi. |
