腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术对结直肠癌患者临床疗效及胃肠功能的影响

目的：分析腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术对结直肠癌的治疗效果及对患者胃肠功能的影响，为临床提供参考。方法选取收治的86例结直肠癌患者为研究对象，依照手术方法的不同将其分为腹腔镜组和开腹组，每组各43例，开腹组行开腹结直肠癌根治术，腹腔镜组行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术，分析两组患者的治疗效果和胃肠功能恢复情况。结果腹腔镜组术中出血量和住院时间均少于开腹组，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）；经过治疗，两组患者胃动素、胃泌素水平均有所降低，其中腹腔镜组胃动素和胃泌素水平均高于开腹组（P﹤0.05）；腹腔镜组胃肠功能恢复时间短于开腹组（P﹤0.05）；腹腔镜组患者肺部感染、恶心呕吐发生率低于开腹组（P﹤0.05）。结论与常规开腹手术相比，腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术能够减少患者出血量，促进患者胃肠功能的恢复，降低并发症的发生率，值得临床推广。

The clinical efficacy of laparoscopic resection for colorectal cancer and the effect on gastrointestinal function

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer, and to investi-gate the effect on gastrointestinal function. Method 86 patients with colorectal cancer were enrolled in the study, and were stratified as laparoscopy group or laparotomy group according to respective surgical procedures, with 43 cases in each, given laparoscopic resection or open resection of colorectal cancer, respectively, and the efficacy and recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients in the two groups were compared. Result The intra-operative blood loss and hospital stay in laparoscopy group were significantly less than those of laparotomy group (P<0.05);After surgery, the levels of mo-tilin and gastrin in both groups were decreased, with significant reduction observed in laparoscopy group compared with laparotomy group (P<0.05); Patients in laparoscopy recovered faster in regard of gastrointestinal function than those in laparotomy group (P<0.05), while lower incidences of pulmonary infection, nausea and vomiting were observed in lapa-roscopy group as compared with laparotomy group (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic resection can reduce blood loss, and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function for patients with colorectal cancer, when compared with the routine open surgery, with less complications and valuable clinical significance.
